  • Technical issues prevent the service from functioning as intended
  • The service is unavailable for an extended period during your event
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and need to upgrade/downgrade

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Events that have already started
  • Events that have been completed
  • Additional features or add-ons purchased during the event
  • Usage of the service that exceeds the purchased plan's limits

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your event ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (typically within 2-3 business days)

5. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Unused portion of your event duration
  • Technical issues that affected only part of your event
  • Service disruptions that were resolved during your event

7. Plan Changes

If you need to change your plan:

  • Upgrades can be processed immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for downgrading your plan
